Love this book box display that a group of 5th graders is putting together. Using some of my library decorations and our craft cart, they have created a fun display highlighting the outdoor sports section of our nonfiction collection. They aren't even finished yet, but I'm impressed! Next week, they'll be using the sound recording buttons to add some interactivity to the box. I may ask them if they want to incorporate some augmented reality, too. Stay tuned. These guys are creative geniuses!
It's hard to see in the picture, but they even found fish stickers to paste in the water. Adorable! I love this, and not just because I happen to adore turkeys. You know this display is going to hook some new readers!
