Zillions of Common Core Resources

Teachers are spending time this summer getting ready for the new Common Core standards and curriculum.  I heard about two sources this weekend that I know I will be using next year.
LearnZillion.com - A rich source of video lessons and quizzes for math and reading common core standards.  You can search or browse by topic, grade, strand, and standard. Or, use the Common Core Navigator to view a timeline of common core standards and zoom in by grade-band.  You can also enroll students and assign quizzes that will be automatically graded.  It's free, so give it a try!

FCRR: Student Center Activities - The Florida Center for Reading Research has interactive charts for each grade level organized by ELA strand and standards.  There are detailed lesson plans with supporting resources to teach to every strand of every standard in the ELA Common Core.

Meanwhile, Our district is offering a two-day Common Core Academy and has built a Website full of great resources, including this Symbaloo created by Janet Slaughter:
